Step 1: First select two vegtables and two fruits. Make sure they don’t clash. (such as broccoli and bannanas. Yuck!) i would suggest something like strawberrys and blueberries, with something less strongly flavored like lettuce or kale.
Step 4: add the chosen items into a blender, no specific order needed. Then add about a 1/2 cup of ice shavings into the blender.
Step 6: if wanted, you can add about two drops of vanilla to enhance the flavors a bit.
Step 8: blend until thick, but able to pass easily through a straw.
Step 10: enjoy! I would suggest drinking about 2/1, to 3 cups in place of lunch to cut down on your weight. 🙂
