  • -1/2 mango
  • – banana
  • -1/2 cup orange juice
  • -1/2 raw kale
  • – 4 ice cubes (optional)

Instructions

  1. 1- chop half a mango

  2. 2- chop a banana

  3. 3- add half a cup of orange juice

  4. 4- add half a cup of raw kale

  5. 5- add ice cubes

  6. 6-blend together until smooth
