Ingredients
- 1 banana, mashed
- 1 tbsp honey or golden syrup
- 250ml semi/skimmed milk
- 1 tbsp peanut butter or handful chopped nuts (walnuts, hazelnuts)
- 1 tsp. Cinnamon
Instructions
Very easy and simple – mix all the ingredients together in a jug with a whisk to ensure everything is incorporated!
