Healthy Overnight Oats

A perfect breakfast for busy days. just grab and go (or heat it up)

Ingredients
- 1/3 cup oats
- 1/4 cup greek yoghurt
- 1/2 cup milk (i use almond, you can use whatever you want)
- 1 tbs chia seeds (you can also use an extra 1/4 cup oats)
- cinnamon (as much as you like)
- extra:
- dried fruit
- fresh/frozen fruit cut into little pieces
Instructions
Mix everything together.
cover, and put in the fridge overnight
enjoy warm or cols d. (heat in the fridge)
