Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup oats
  • 1/4 cup greek yoghurt
  • 1/2 cup milk (i use almond, you can use whatever you want)
  • 1 tbs chia seeds (you can also use an extra 1/4 cup oats)
  • cinnamon (as much as you like)
  • extra:
  • dried fruit
  • fresh/frozen fruit cut into little pieces

Instructions

  1. Mix everything together.

  2. cover, and put in the fridge overnight

  3. enjoy warm or cols d. (heat in the fridge)
