This is a delicious milkshake. Don't need lot of time. / Serves: 1 / Nutritional info: Calories: 417 Fat: 7 g Carbs: 66 g Cholesterol 0.0 mg Sodium 0.0 mg Potassium 0.0 mg


  • 1 Full Banana
  • 1 cup of milk
  • 1 tablespoon white sugar or to taste
  • 1 cube ice


Put banana, milk, ice and sugar in a blender, puree until smooth.
