Crumpets With Berries & Yoghurt

Quick and delicious in the mornings



  • 2 crumpets toasted
  • peanut butter to spread ontop of crumpets
  • 4 tbsp. Low fat/natural yoghurt (flavoured if you like)
  • handful of berries eg. Strawberries,raspberries,blueberries or 1 whole sliced banana
  • drizzle of honey or golden syrup


Spread the peanut butter ontop of the toasted crumpets

spoon over the yoghurt, then the berries/banana and drizzle over the syrup
