Herby Scrambled Eggs

Quick, healthy alternative for breakfast



  • 3-4 eggs
  • 1 Tablespoon Just Salad Dressing with Garden Herbs and White Wine
  • Ciabatta stick or baguette
  • Just Extra Virgin Cold-Pressed Rapeseed Oil


Whisk eggs with the Just Salad Dressing in a saucepan. Split the bread lengthways and pop under grill. Stir egg mixture whilst it cooks. Drizzle Just Extra Virgin Cold-Pressed Rapeseed Oil over the bread then pile eggs on top. Serves two. No extra seasoning needed but you can add a sprinkling of black pepper. Much better for you than the usual butter and milk, and far more tasty.

    Ooo this sounds tasty! It's cool because i actually make scrambled eggs with herbs already, but i sometimes add some magi cube to give it a nice, meaty flavour to it.
