STEP 1:

onion

Chop your onion and let them fry in the bottom of your sauce pan.

STEP 2:

carrot

grate your courgette and carrot and add them to the sauce pan.

STEP 3:

rince your adzuki beans and them too.

STEP 4:

basil
pepper
salt
tomato

arfter your beans have cooked for about 1-2 mins add the tinned tomatoes and mix in some tamari sauce, salt n pepper and basil to taste.

STEP 5:

let it cook for another 1-2 mins then it ready!

STEP 6:

garlic
pasta

eat it on toast, it goes really well with garlicy toast or have it on pasta.
