Homemade Adzuki Bake Beans

Super yummy, healthy, quick and easy! / Serves: 2


  • 1 tin of adzuki beans
  • 1 tin of tomatoes
  • 1 onion
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 courgette
  • tamari sauce salt n pepper and basil to taste


Chop your onion and let them fry in the bottom of your sauce pan.

grate your courgette and carrot and add them to the sauce pan.

rince your adzuki beans and them too.

arfter your beans have cooked for about 1-2 mins add the tinned tomatoes and mix in some tamari sauce, salt n pepper and basil to taste.

let it cook for another 1-2 mins then it ready!

eat it on toast, it goes really well with garlicy toast or have it on pasta.
