Slice potatoes as many as you like.
Heat some olive oil on a pan.
Add the potatoe slices fry until brown.
Beat 2 eggs in a bowl with a drop of milk.
Add to pan with cheese cook until ready.
Put on grill.
Put pan with omelette under grill for one minute. Keep an eye on the omelette as it can burn easily.
Serve and enjoy
