1 rinse the noodles in water to remove fishy odour. Don't be alarmed - its meant to smell like this and will go away when you rinse them.
2 add chopped chicken breast to wok. And fry for 5 minutes until you see no pink on the outside of the chicken
3 add the noodles and cook for at least 8 minutes stirring intermittently
4 fling in the frozen veg with a glug of olive oil to moisten everything up and sprinkle in the spice according to taste, and cook for further 3minutes
