cook the meat first add the extras and tip in the soup..If you want it less healthy abit of soft cheese works well to sub the cream thats not in your fridge gone off. You can put almost anything in. Just let it simmer and then tip your pasta in the pan stir...Or have it sperate its upto you
now you can sub lots of things.
no bacon?...Why not use ham slices...Or any meat you have..Sausages chopped up are really good.
