Healthy wholemeal toasted sandwich



  • Tinned fish of your choice - recomended princes sardindes in bbq sauces
  • Two slices of wholemeal bread
  • Low fat flora (if you want)
  • Pepper black (ground)


Step one: Toast the bread in a toaster

Step two: mash sardines onto wholemeal bread ( better without margarine)

Step three: sprinkle some ground black pepper

Step four: Slice sandwich in two and eat and enjoy

This meal is so healthy and filling
