Vanilla Yoghurt Breakfast

Ingredients

  • 1 banana
  • 1 small tin of sliced peaches (around 213g)
  • 1 activia fat free vanilla yoghurt
  • you can add other fruit but this is the simplest recipe. Raspberries and kiwi work really well.

Method

1. Slice the banana.

2. Empty the yoghurt into a bowl and add the banana.

3. You can choose whether or not to drain the juice from the peaches, then add them to the yoghurt.

4. Mix together and enjoy!
