Ingredients

  • 1/2 banana
  • 2 cups spinach leaves
  • 1/2 orange juice
  • 1/2 cup pineapple chunks
  • * you can substitute pineapple for any other fruit you like, citrus qorks better

Instructions

  1. Cut banana into several slices. Place banana slice, spinach, pineapple, and orange juice in a blender. Blend until well combined. Enjoy!

  2. * for a thicker consistency add 1/2 cup plain yogurt
