Ingredients
- 1/2 banana
- 2 cups spinach leaves
- 1/2 orange juice
- 1/2 cup pineapple chunks
- * you can substitute pineapple for any other fruit you like, citrus qorks better
Instructions
Cut banana into several slices. Place banana slice, spinach, pineapple, and orange juice in a blender. Blend until well combined. Enjoy!
* for a thicker consistency add 1/2 cup plain yogurt
