Step 1:

  • Meatballs:
  • Step 2:

  • Put all ingredients in a bowl.
  • Step 3:

  • Using your hands, mix all ingredients together.
  • Step 4:

  • Pull off some of the mince and roll into a ball in your hands (can be any size!)
  • Step 5:

  • Fry these in a pan, but only brown them, (don’t burn them!) as they will cook through in the sauce.

  • Chop up the bacon and onion and fry them in a pan.
  • Step 9:

  • Add the tin of tomatoes, puree and garlic (or any herbs you like.)
  • Step 10:

  • Now transfer your meatballs into the sauce and simmer on a medium heat for approx 15 mins.

  • Whilst that is simmering, cook your spaghetti or pasta, and serve.
