Step 1: sieve the flour and salt into a mixing bowl. Stir in yeast
Step 2: put 150ml of warm water into a jug. Add the oil to the water.
Step 3: Pour water/oil into the flour, mix together until the mixture forms a ball.
Step 4: Knead the dough until its smooth and springy.
Step 6: When it comes to cooking the pizza cook it at 225 degrees/gas mark 7 for 25 minutes.
