Step 1:

  • Chop your onion and let them fry in the bottom of your sauce pan.
  • Step 2:

  • grate your courgette and carrot and add them to the sauce pan.
  • Step 3:

  • rince your adzuki beans and them too.
  • Step 4:

  • arfter your beans have cooked for about 1-2 mins add the tinned tomatoes and mix in some tamari sauce, salt n pepper and basil to taste.
  • Step 5:

  • let it cook for another 1-2 mins then it ready!
  • Step 6:

  • eat it on toast, it goes really well with garlicy toast or have it on pasta.
