Step 2: grate your courgette and carrot and add them to the sauce pan. Step 3: rince your adzuki beans and them too. Step 4: arfter your beans have cooked for about 1-2 mins add the tinned tomatoes and mix in some tamari sauce, salt n pepper and basil to taste. Step 5: let it cook for another 1-2 mins then it ready! Step 6: eat it on toast, it goes really well with garlicy toast or have it on pasta. Step 7: hope you enjoy it!
