Step 1: 1.Place oil in frying pan and turn on a medium heat, make sure oil covers base of the pan
Step 3: 2. Mash up the bananas in a bowl
Step 5: 2. Add the flour and mix until you have a thick consistency
Step 7: 3. Once the mix thickens up then add milk and stir again untill it becomes a light batter
Step 9: 4. Once you have a light batter then add the sugar and the vanilla
Step 11: 5. Take spoon fulls and place in the pan, fry untill the fritter is golden brown underneath then flip it over and wait for the other side to turn golden brown
Step 13: 6. Once the fritter is done, place on plate covered with paper towel to soak up the oil
Step 15: 7. Once the oil is drained off eat and enjoy !!
