Step 1:

  • 1.Place oil in frying pan and turn on a medium heat, make sure oil covers base of the pan

  • 2. Mash up the bananas in a bowl

  • 2. Add the flour and mix until you have a thick consistency

  • 3. Once the mix thickens up then add milk and stir again untill it becomes a light batter

  • 4. Once you have a light batter then add the sugar and the vanilla

  • 5. Take spoon fulls and place in the pan, fry untill the fritter is golden brown underneath then flip it over and wait for the other side to turn golden brown

  • 6. Once the fritter is done, place on plate covered with paper towel to soak up the oil
