Ingredients
- 3 Potatos.
- Salt
- Pepper.
- Butter.
Instructions
Firstly, Peel and slice your potato’s into chips.
Then add to a saucepan of boiling salted water.
Boil for no more than 5 minutes.
Grease an oven baking tray, and place lightly boiled potato’s on and season.
Paint over them with butter. Don’t be shy (Trust me this is delish!)
Pre heat the oven to around 220 degrees.
Bake for around 15-20 minutes depending on the level of crunch you desire.
Turn the chips over half way through cooking, and coat the other side with butter.
Perfect for crunchy, very flavoursome chippy chips!!
