Step 1:

  • Firstly, Peel and slice your potato’s into chips.
  • Step 2:

  • Then add to a saucepan of boiling salted water.
  • Step 3:

  • Boil for no more than 5 minutes.
  • Step 4:

  • Grease an oven baking tray, and place lightly boiled potato’s on and season.
  • Step 5:

  • Paint over them with butter. Don’t be shy (Trust me this is delish!)
  • Step 6:

  • Pre heat the oven to around 220 degrees.
  • Step 7:

  • Bake for around 15-20 minutes depending on the level of crunch you desire.
  • Step 8:

  • Turn the chips over half way through cooking, and coat the other side with butter.
  • Step 9:

  • Perfect for crunchy, very flavoursome chippy chips!!
