Step 1:
Firstly, Peel and slice your potato’s into chips. Step 2:
Then add to a saucepan of boiling salted water. Step 3:
Boil for no more than 5 minutes. Step 4:
Grease an oven baking tray, and place lightly boiled potato’s on and season. Step 5:
Paint over them with butter. Don’t be shy (Trust me this is delish!) Step 6:
Pre heat the oven to around 220 degrees. Step 7:
Bake for around 15-20 minutes depending on the level of crunch you desire. Step 8:
Turn the chips over half way through cooking, and coat the other side with butter. Step 10:
Perfect for crunchy, very flavoursome chippy chips!!
