Homemade chips with an ingredient that might be found surprising.

Ingredients
- Large potatoes
- fajita mix
- sunflower oil
Instructions
1. Chop potatoes in strips like chips. Cut a potato in half, then cut 1/3 in. Turn it around and do the same again until you get a rectangular piece of chunky potato. Cut this potato in half.
2. Place cut "chips" onto a baking tray and smother them in sunflower oil.
3. Add the fajita mix too and smother them.
4. Place them in the oven until cooked.
(note: the fajita mix can be the original/spicy/extra spicy, so experiment. You don’t have to have fajita mix for chips. You could also cut the potatoes into wedges).
