Step 1: 1. Chop potatoes in strips like chips. Cut a potato in half, then cut 1/3 in. Turn it around and do the same again until you get a rectangular piece of chunky potato. Cut this potato in half.
Step 2: 2. Place cut "chips" onto a baking tray and smother them in sunflower oil.
Step 3: 3. Add the fajita mix too and smother them.
Step 4: 4. Place them in the oven until cooked.
Step 6: (note: the fajita mix can be the original/spicy/extra spicy, so experiment. You don’t have to have fajita mix for chips. You could also cut the potatoes into wedges).
