Step 1:

  • 1. Clean the potatoes but don’t worry about peeling them, the skin’s the best part anyway! Chop them into thick slices that resemble chips. Don’t fret about them being even, gives it a ‘rustic’ feel
  • Step 2:

  • 2. Spread some oil over a oven dish/tray so the chips dont stick and then put the chips on top.

  • 3. Put salt and pepper on top to your own taste. Also add herbs and spices if you want at this stage. Paprika is awseome!
  • Step 4:

  • 4. Cook in the oven on 200 for around 25 mins, or until they are just crispy and soft on the inside.

  • You could also use this to make super homemade wedges. Just add spice and some chilli powder to give a bit of a kick.I love to melt cheese over the top when I am feeling a bit adventerous!
