Ingredients
- 1 apple
- 1 banana
- milk or soya milk
- blender
Instructions
chop the banana into slices
cut the apple into small slices (I leave the skins on but you can take them off if you want)
bung them in the blender (do not blead yet!)
pour in the milk or soya milk then blend
should make a big glass full
trust me this IS FILLING!!!!!!!!!!
