homemade yoghurt

Ingredients

  • 500mls organic natural live yoghurt
  • 1litre of organic whole milk

Instructions

  1. boil milk in a pan and put in a bowl straight after it has boiled

  2. wait for it to cool naturally

  3. when cooled stir in yogurt

  4. cover and leave for 7-8 hours

  5. a’viola! whole load of natural yoghurt will have appeared

  6. it keeps for a week or so in the fridge and can be eaten with fruit or cereal or anything. its very good for you!
