Step 1:

  • 1- pre heat the oven to gas mark 6

    • Step 2:

  • 2- mix together the margarine and honey untill smooth

    • Step 3:

  • 3- in a seperate bowl beath the egg, vanill and milk then add it to the margarine and honey

    • Step 4:

  • 4- slowly add the flour and mix it in untill the mixture is smooth

    • Step 5:

  • 5- gently add the blueberries and mix

    • Step 6:

  • 6- spoon the mixture into muffin cases about half full and cook for 18-20 minuites untill risen and golden colour.
