Step 1:
Line any tin you can get hold of and line with baking paper. Step 2:
Put the sugar and Golden syrup in a pan and heat on a medium heat for ten minuets, until metled together and bubbling slightly. Step 3:
Add the bicarb and whisk HARD with a fork/spoon still it starts to bubble and puff up. Step 4:
Poor into the tin and leave to Harden. Once hard smash with anything really, hammer, rolling pin, your hand and ENJOY! Step 5:
It’s also really good to give as gifts in a decorated box, or bag 🙂 Step 7:
Make sure you put the pan and fork/spoon you whisked with in hot water to soak otherwise it goes rock hard and it will stay on the pan forever.
