Step 2: Put the sugar and Golden syrup in a pan and heat on a medium heat for ten minuets, until metled together and bubbling slightly. Step 3: Add the bicarb and whisk HARD with a fork/spoon still it starts to bubble and puff up. Step 4: Poor into the tin and leave to Harden. Once hard smash with anything really, hammer, rolling pin, your hand and ENJOY!
