Honey Cornflake Cups

Nice crunchies for kiddies..

Ingredients

• Butter – 90 gm
• sugar – 1/2 cup
• honey – 1 tbsp
• cornflakes – 4 cups

Instructions

STEP 1:

– melt the butter, sugar and honey in a saucepan until sugar is dissolved and mixture is frothy.

STEP 2:

– pour the mixture over the cornflakes until all the cornflakes are coated.

STEP 3:

– place 12 large patty cake cups on a tray and spoon the mixture into the cups. Microwave it until golden…
