Step 1: 1) Squeeze lemon juice into a bowl with honey
Step 2: 2) Grate the ginger and add to mixture
Step 3: 3) Dice chicken and place in bowl
Step 4: 4) Mix well with the lemon and let it marinate for 10 mins
Step 5: 5) Meanwhile prepare veggies (if necessary)
Step 6: 6) Heat some oil in a pan and add the chicken (if there’s mixture left in the bowl leave aside for later)
Step 7: 7) Cook chicken and add the veggies to the pan
Step 8: 8) Meanwhile, boil noodles (if dry noodles).
Step 9: 9) When noodles, veggies and chicken are cooked through noodles into pan and add the rest of the honey lemon mixture.
Step 10: 10) Stir on a low heat for a minute and then serve
