  • 1: Boil the 2 un-smoked gammon joints in a pan of water for 2 hours

  • 4: Place the dish in the oven at 220 Degrees for 15 minutes, a good sign on when the ham is fully glazed is when the honey starts to bubble.

  • 1: Peel potatoes and cut in half

  • 2: Rub oil on a baking tray and place the potatoes on the tray
  • Step 11:

  • 3: Cook the potatoes at 220 degrees for 45 minutes, go for a golden brown colour.
