Hung Curd Sandwich

Ingredients

  • 8 slices of bread
  • 3/4 cup of hung curd
  • a finely chopped onion
  • a finely chopped tomato
  • 1/2 of capsicum (finely chopped)
  • 1/2 of a carrot (grated)
  • one green chilli (finely chopped)
  • 1 tbsp of finely chopped coriander leaves
  • 1/8 tbsp of red chilli powder
  • 1/8 tbsp of chaat masala
  • 1/4 tbsp of oregano

Instructions

  1. Take all the chopped vegetables in a wide pan.

  2. Add hung curd to it.

  3. Mix all the spices and salt and mix properly.

  4. Grease bread slices lightly on one side.

  5. Apply a thick layer of hung curd mixture on bread.

  6. Grill in a sandwich maker or Tawa.

  7. Serve hot with green chutney or tomato ketchup.

  8. NOTE- tbsp (tablespoon)
