Hung Curd Sandwich

Ingredients
- 8 slices of bread
- 3/4 cup of hung curd
- a finely chopped onion
- a finely chopped tomato
- 1/2 of capsicum (finely chopped)
- 1/2 of a carrot (grated)
- one green chilli (finely chopped)
- 1 tbsp of finely chopped coriander leaves
- 1/8 tbsp of red chilli powder
- 1/8 tbsp of chaat masala
- 1/4 tbsp of oregano
Instructions
Take all the chopped vegetables in a wide pan.
Add hung curd to it.
Mix all the spices and salt and mix properly.
Grease bread slices lightly on one side.
Apply a thick layer of hung curd mixture on bread.
Grill in a sandwich maker or Tawa.
Serve hot with green chutney or tomato ketchup.
NOTE- tbsp (tablespoon)
