Step 2: place the pork chops in a grill pan with oil and cook until lightly coloured, add the peppers and onion. Step 3: add about a tablespoon of tomato puree and 2 teaspoons of the smoked paprika – add the herbs and salt and pepper to taste. Step 4: stir the mixure, turn down the temperature and cover to allow to cook and ‘steam’ through Step 5: It should be ready after 15 mins, and if you’d like a bit of a kick just add some chilli or cajun seasoning.
