Step 1: Un freeze all the ingredients or prepare fresh
Step 3: lay out all your diced chicken pieces
Step 5: cut your 2 sausges in to small sections
Step 7: cut your 3 bacon strips in to 2 each
Step 9: carefully place you chicken piece at the bottom then get one sausage piece and squash it over the chicken, then rap it with the strip of bacon tightly.
Step 13: cook in the oven for about 25-30 mins at 200*
Step 15: (keep a carefully eye on it )
Step 17: then add with your two other parts of the meal.
Step 21: egg fried rice and chopped tomato’s
Step 23: if you add chopped tomatos make sure to drain the juice out before you add to the meal.
