  • First off take some jam as much as you prefer and add a LITTLE bit of boiling water to sort of melt the jam keep stirring it in till the consistency becomes runnier than before (we still want some thinkness to the jam). Then pop in to fridge to cool.

  • Get some of your biscuits and wrap them up in a tea towel or kitchen paper and bang with a rolling pin till all is crushed (it is also good to have chunky bits in there to)

  • Get your ice cream and put as many scoops into the bowl/ice cream dish as you like
  • Step 8:

  • then Sprinkle some of your biscuits over your ice cream.

  • BEFORE doing this make sure your jam is cooled right down and is not hot if its cool add on top of your ice cream and biscuits then tuck in!

  • If you have any cream ect around the house it would be fine to add to this as well.
