Ice Cream Bread!!!

Using only two ingredients! i know this sounds bizarre but you have to try it to believe it!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups ice cream
  • 1½ cups self-rising flour
  • flavoured ice cream will result in that flavour bread… Simple…So experiment with flavours!

Instructions

  1. 1. Stir together ice cream and flour, stirring just until flour is moistened.

  2. 2. Spoon batter into a greased and floured 8×4 inch loaf pan.

  3. 3. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes or until a wooden pick inserted in the center of the bread comes out clean.

  4. 4. Remove from the pan, and cool on a wire rack.
