Inside Out Chicken Kievs

Quick and tasty

Ingredients

• 25g garlic butter (homemade or shop bought)
• 25g of breadcrumbs
• chicken breasts (however many you want)

Instructions

STEP 1:

1. Mix together breadcrumbs and garlic butter

STEP 2:

2. Grill the chicken on a medium heat for 15 minutes (flipping every 3 minutes or so)

STEP 3:

3. Spread the breadcrumbs and garlic butter over the chicken

STEP 4:

4. Cook for a further 3-5 minutes until the breadcrumbs are golden brown

STEP 5:

5. Serve with whatever you want
