Step 2: Add flour, baking powder and salt to the water and stir together. Step 3: Place dough on a floured surface and knead into a ball. Step 4: Put dough onto baking tray, cover your hands in oil and spread the dough out to the corners of the tray. Step 5: Rub the top and sides in oil and season top with salt, pepper and garlic. Step 6: Bake until almost done. Step 7: Sprinkle cheese on top and put back in oven until melted. Step 8: Eat while hot.
