Jamaican Style Spicy Egg Fried Rice

Mmm this really is delicious!
Difficulty Level: easy
Ingredients
- 1/4 – 1/2 jug of chicken stock depends on how moist you like your food
- 2-3 tablespoons of levi roots reggae reggae bbq sauce
- 1 – 2 bags boiled or basmati rice or mix them – if your starving or a greedy pig like myself have 2 bags and double for more people if you just have a normal appetite or just want a snack have 1 bag
- 3 – 4 handfuls of peas
- 2-3 medium eggs if large use 2
- light or dark soy sauce if you like an intense flavour use light but dark is still nice for an all around not to intense flavouring
- 1 – 2 chillies *optional* i use green finger chillies because of the kick you get of them if you only want a lil kick just use 1 mild red or green chilli if
- you use if you dont want your rice spicy you dont have to use them
- 1 – 2 shakes of mild or hot chilli powerr *optional*
- 2 – 3 cloves of garlic either finely chopped or crushed
- you could add if you wanted chopped ham chicken prawns beef veggies etc if you wanted to like just pick 1 or have them all!
Instructions
Chop up chillies chop up meat if usedand crush garlic leave in a bowl till later
put wok on medium – low heat add oil
crack and whisk the eggs in a bowl
tip eggs into wok stir until set (add dashings of soy sauce as a tip)
add rice ( if using frozen rice heat it first before adding
break up rice mix in with eggs
add some more soy sauce
add peas ( i use frozen) stir into rice until evenly mixed about
add chillies garlic (meat if used) into the wok at this point ( if you have added any extras to the recipe like veggies also add these at this point)
stir like crazayy to avoid any sticking if you find that your food is sticking to the pan badly turn the heat down
add the chicken stock pour evenly stir the stock in the mixture until well mixed add more if you would like it more watery but dont go to overboard i add chicken stock because the rice is so dry its burnt without some liquid in there lol
add levi roots sauce stir and keeping adding to taste
mix for a bit longer
slap into bowls and serve immediately
