Ingredients

  • 400G Of digestive biscut
  • 200G Of butter
  • 180g of cocnut milk(half a tin)
  • 250g of cream cheese
  • 300g of double cream
  • 50g of sugar
  • 5g of cocnut sahving or descantied cocnut

Instructions

  1. melt butter and crushed digsetives in a pan and 20g of sugar and stir together

  2. lay crushed digestives mixture into a cake tin and press down making the mixture compact

  3. now using a beater or whisk beat coconut milk cream and cream cheese and remaing suger together until mixture is dense and not runny

  4. then add mixture ontop of digestives

  5. smooth it out and leave mixture in fridge to set

  6. add cocnut shavings to garnish
