Ingredients

  • 500g of crab sticks
  • 2 eggs
  • 200G breadcrumbs
  • 1 lemon
  • mayonaise
  • 100G flour

Instructions

  1. blend crabsticks or seafood sticks in blender

  2. bind using beaten eggs into indiviual cakes each pal size

  3. then cover with flour then breadcrumbs

  4. using deep fat fryer is ideal if not u can bake for low fat option or fry in deep oil

  5. and serve with lemon zest and juice mayonaise
