J’s no carb pasta

A healthy no carb way to eat pasta!

Ingredients

  • 1 Aubergine
  • 1 Courgette
  • Jar Of Pasta Sauce (Any!)

Instructions

  1. 1 = Slice aubergine and courgette to resemble spaghetti or any pasta you like

  2. 2 = Steam the veggies for 8 minutes, or fry in a little oil for 6 minutes or grill for 10

  3. 3 = Once veggies are cooked, return to a pan and add pasta sauce (As Much As You Like!)

  4. 4 = Put on a low heat for a couple minutes to warm through

  5. 5 = You can add meat at this stage, e.g. meatballs (already cooked) or sliced sausage

  6. 6 = SERVE!
