Step 1:

  • 1 = Slice aubergine and courgette to resemble spaghetti or any pasta you like
  • Step 2:

  • 2 = Steam the veggies for 8 minutes, or fry in a little oil for 6 minutes or grill for 10
  • Step 3:

  • 3 = Once veggies are cooked, return to a pan and add pasta sauce (As Much As You Like!)
  • Step 4:

  • 4 = Put on a low heat for a couple minutes to warm through
  • Step 5:

  • 5 = You can add meat at this stage, e.g. meatballs (already cooked) or sliced sausage
  • Step 6:

  • 6 = SERVE!
