PREP 0 min COOK 0 min TOTAL 0 min YIELD 0 JUMP TO RECIPE SHARE Facebook Share on Facebook Twitter Share on Twitter Pinterest Share on Pinterest Email Share via Email Ingredients1 Aubergine1 CourgetteJar Of Pasta Sauce (Any!)Instructions Step 1: 1 = Slice aubergine and courgette to resemble spaghetti or any pasta you like Step 2: 2 = Steam the veggies for 8 minutes, or fry in a little oil for 6 minutes or grill for 10 Step 3: 3 = Once veggies are cooked, return to a pan and add pasta sauce (As Much As You Like!) Step 4: 4 = Put on a low heat for a couple minutes to warm through Step 5: 5 = You can add meat at this stage, e.g. meatballs (already cooked) or sliced sausage Step 6: 6 = SERVE!
