A healthy no carb way to eat pasta!

STEP 1:
gin
pasta
1 = Slice aubergine and courgette to resemble spaghetti or any pasta you like
STEP 2:
tea
2 = Steam the veggies for 8 minutes, or fry in a little oil for 6 minutes or grill for 10
STEP 3:
pasta
3 = Once veggies are cooked, return to a pan and add pasta sauce (As Much As You Like!)
STEP 4:
4 = Put on a low heat for a couple minutes to warm through
STEP 5:
sage
sausage
5 = You can add meat at this stage, e.g. meatballs (already cooked) or sliced sausage
STEP 6:
6 = SERVE!
