Step 1:
1 = Heat Frying Pan (use non stick or just add a dash of oil/non stick spray) Step 2:
2 = Add chopped onion, chopped carrots, green beans, cauliflower and curry powder and stir and cook for 2 minutes Step 3:
3 = Add tomatoes, lentils and stock and bring to the boil Step 4:
4 = Reduce the heat once boiled and simmer for 40 minutes, stirring occasionally Step 5:
5 = Add peas and simmer for 15 minutes
