Step 1:

  • 1 = Heat Frying Pan (use non stick or just add a dash of oil/non stick spray)
  • Step 2:

  • 2 = Add chopped onion, chopped carrots, green beans, cauliflower and curry powder and stir and cook for 2 minutes
  • Step 3:

  • 3 = Add tomatoes, lentils and stock and bring to the boil
  • Step 4:

  • 4 = Reduce the heat once boiled and simmer for 40 minutes, stirring occasionally
  • Step 5:

  • 5 = Add peas and simmer for 15 minutes
  • Step 6:

  • 6 = SERVE
