Step 1:

  • 1.Boil pasta in an open pan until it becomes soft and keep aside

  • 2.Put half of the chopped onion, tomatoes.2 of chopped green chillies, garlic in a mixer and make it into a paste

  • 3.Pour one tablespoon of olive oil in a pan and saute jeera, remaining chopped onion, 2 of ur chopped green chillies until the onion becomes golden brown

  • 4.Add salt and asafoetida

  • 5.Add the paste prepared and add the tomato sauce
  • Step 6:

  • 6.Add the boiled pasta and mix everything until all pasta gets along with the essence
  • Step 7:

  • 7.Use the coriander and curry leaves for garnishing
