Ingredients
- (makes 8)
- 7 tbsp soft margarine
- 100g caster sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 100g self-raising flour
- 100g plain chocolate chips
Instructions
– put 8 muffin cases in a cake pan.
– put the margarine, sugar, eggs and flour in a large bowl and wisk till smooth.
– add the cocolate chips a spoonfull at a time.
– bake the cakes in a preheated oven, 190c/375f, for 20-25 minutes or until golden.
