Step 1: lightly grease a deep baking/casserole dish, preheat oven to 180oC.
Step 3: start by frying the onion, garlic and mushrooms in a fryin pan until the onion is clear. add the mince and stir until the meat is just-brown (if you over cook it, it will dry out when u bake it)
Step 5: add the tomatoes, paste and carrot and str through. add water/goon (or any other white wine) and let simmer while you prepare the cheese sauce.
Step 7: mix the melted butter & flour in a microwavable container/jug until it forms a paste. add small amounts of milk & stir until you have a lump-free mixture. add egg and cheese and microwave in 1 minute bursts, stirring in between, until it has a yogurt-like consistency.
Step 9: now, place a layer of lasagne sheets, meat, lasagne etc until meat is gone and the final layer should be lasagne. spread cheese sauce over top and sprinkle with more cheese.
Step 11: bake until cheese is golden. serve with vegies, chips/fries… whatever u like!! this can be frozen/refrigerated, so it’ll feed you for days!!
