Step 1:

  • 1. Heat oil in pan.
  • Step 2:

  • 2. Add mustard seeds, meethi seeds, hing, curry patta and garlic and saute.
  • Step 3:

  • 3. Add onions and cook for some time.
  • Step 4:

  • 4. Add tomatoes amd cook till tomato softens.
  • Step 5:

  • 5. Add salt and sambar masala.
  • Step 6:

  • 6. Add corriander powder and red chilly powder.
  • Step 7:

  • 7. Add drumsticks, brinjal.
  • Step 8:

  • 8. Add water.
  • Step 9:

  • 9. After the veggies are cooked add little tamarind watre .
  • Step 10:

  • 10. Serve hot with rice and garnish with corriander and ghee.
