Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl. Step 2: 2. Knead the dough. Step 3: 3. Roll the dough out into a large circle, smear oil over the dough, fold it in half and roll again. Step 4: 4. Cut into strips and roll up into little balls. Step 5: 5. Roll out balls into small circles. Step 6: 6. Fry on a medium heat until brown on both sides with a little oil. Step 7: 7. Serve hot.
