Step 1:

  • 1. Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl.

  • 2. Knead the dough.

  • 3. Roll the dough out into a large circle, smear oil over the dough, fold it in half and roll again.

  • 4. Cut into strips and roll up into little balls.
  • Step 5:

  • 5. Roll out balls into small circles.
  • Step 6:

  • 6. Fry on a medium heat until brown on both sides with a little oil.
