1. Crack your eggs into a badass bowl or mixing jug

2. Add a splash of milk and the pinch of bicarbonate of awesome soda

3. Mix with a fork until an even consistency

4. Put your toast into the toaster

5. Heat the butter in a pan until melted on a low/medium heat

6. Season your egg mixture with salt and lots of freshly ground pepper

7. Add you egg mixture to the pan and wait for about 10 seconds

8. Begin to pull the egg mixture from the edges of the pan into the centre as it cooks, repeating this process constantly for a minute or so

9. When the egg mixture is still a little bit runny, turn off the heat but leave the scrambled egg in the pan, the heat left in the pan will continue to cook them

10. Butter your toast, flop the badass scrambled egg on top and enjoy the best scrambled eggs ever (note, the eggs should still be creamy and ever so slightly liquidy, not dry and crumbly… thats overcooked mofo)
