Ingredients
- 110g butter
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup self-raising flour
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 3/4 cup sultanas
- 1 1/2 cup finely grated carrot
Instructions
Beat the butter with the sugar until creamy, add the eggs and other ingredients. Mix well and put on the oven for 35 minutes.
