Ingredients

110g butter
3/4 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 cup self-raising flour
1 teaspoon cinnamon
3/4 cup sultanas
1 1/2 cup finely grated carrot

Instructions

STEP 1:

Beat the butter with the sugar until creamy, add the eggs and other ingredients. Mix well and put on the oven for 35 minutes.
